Halloween, pumpkins and parties!

Riley decided months ago that he was going to be Indiana Jones. I had a lot of fun getting his costume put together. Hopefully next year will still be as much fun. We enjoyed calling him "Doctor Jones! Doctor Jones!" Thanks to home teacher he thinks that is hilarious!! Aiden was a Lion...and a cute one at that. He didn't really like his "helmet" but he was pretty cute even without it. At one house in my parents neighborhood he put his nose up to the glass window while he was waiting...I wish I would have gotten a picture of that. It was hilarious! My dad always likes to walk the boys up his street, so we went over there for about 30 minutes so the boys could spend time with Papa!

We had a Party at our house and invited their cousins, Aunts and Uncles and Randy's parents. Caylin and Lily both came dressed as bugs, a Spider and a Lady Bug. Cute! Enjoy the pictures.

Pumpkin carving is always a big deal in our house. Randy LOVES to carve pumpkins. He is very artistic and creative, and he's a bit of a perfecionist (seriously!) so they always turn out great. Riley designed his own to look like last years, and Aiden picked out a patter with Star eyes. Mine is a ghost saying BOO! And Randy's is a skeleton climbing out of the pumpkin. He even arched it forward a bit so it would really look almost 3 dementional.
